How can the EU be a relevant power in an era characterised by a retreat from multilateralism and power politics? What does EU power mean in this respect and how does it help to design and implement a coherent and effective EU foreign policy?

How does the EU cope with the transition towards a sustainable future by making a successful energy transition and thus cope with climate change and environmental degradation?
