The Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA) in Dublin, in cooperation with NORTIA, organised the third of three seminars in Dublin about "The Security and Defence of Small European States", under the leadership of Prof Ben Tonra.

Three contributors summarised their main arguments also in blogposts, which are now available online:
